  - You will not damage, upload viruses or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

  - Any actions taken through your account.
  - Notifying RentsZone immediately of any possible misuse of your account.

5. Reservations and Payments

• All rental reservations are confirmed through our online system.

• Cancellations, refunds or penalties will be applied according to our clear cancellation policies.

6. Cancellation Policy

-Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
-Cancellations after this deadline may result in additional fees or non-refund of the amount paid.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia, in relation to the car rental service only.
